Last week, I purchased my first home with the Weichmans! As a 25 year old, single female, I didn't have any experience in home buying, but I called Larry because he had been my neighbor's agent and they were very happy with their experience. Larry helped me tremendously by finding condos that matched my qualifications and took time each weekend to personally show me around. He was patient and informative when I asked many questions throughout the process. Once, when there was a condo that I wanted to see, Larry happened to be unavailable, so he sent his wife, Laurie Weichman (a real estate agent) to show me the property rather than ignoring me. Laurie was equally as helpful and willing to help. I happened to find "the one" with Laurie, so she became my agent for the rest of the process, but Larry continued to be involved by answering my questions and calling me with updates & advice. Go Team Weichman!! My husband and I went to Larry and Laurie when deciding to purchase our first home, and we are so happy with experience we had. As first time home buyers, we had many many questions and concerns. Larry was so helpful, and would answer all calls and emails no matter what time of day... Kinda made we wonder if that guy ever sleeps! Anyways, they were very accommodating with our schedules and were able to show properties morning noon and night! Larry even stopped by on moving day to make sure everything was going to plan and we were getting settled in ok. Also, being in the business for as many years as he has, Larry had many good references and referrals of people to help out with some minor updates on our house (paint, baseboards, carpet, etc). We will definitely be using Larry and Laurie when we are ready to purchase our next home!!

I live in Cleveland, OH but my father lived in Costa Mesa, in the house I grew up in. In the summer of 2011, he unexpectedly became very ill and passed away. Larry and Laurie were extremely helpful and sympathetic to my situation. Once I went back to Ohio, they not only handled the sale of my father's house but also helped me with a number of other things unrelated to real estate. They went above and beyond what their duties were as real estate agents. They, and the rest of their team, are very professional and caring people. I wanted to write a little note to you and your team experience buying a home with her as my agent. Little did I know that on a random day in late August, while calling Weichman Realtors for more information on one of their listings, I'd be making the most important phone call in my home buying experience. Fate has a funny way of working out that way. It was on that day that I started my home buying journey with one of your team members.
I can't compliment or thank her enough for all that she has done for me throughout this process. I know that the things she does to go above and beyond for her clients is her standard protocol, but it is that special and detailed touch that sets her far above the rest.
Her low pressure style was an absolute fit for me. I never felt like she was pushing me into a house, but rather felt that she was determined and dedicated to finding me the house that perfectly fit me. As we went through the offer and purchase process there were several situations where her expertise in this industry were of great importance. Pulling the CLUE report, dealing with the other realtor/seller's issues, meeting and working with the Gas Company, inspectors, and workman on my behalf, etc. all demonstrated her unwavering diligence to be sure that all aspects of this sale were done correctly (repairs, escrow, funding, inspections and closing issues). Even to the layman, it is apparent that she is informed and competent.
